[Act 1, Scene 9] The Return of Bobo and Fuzzy
« on: October 16, 2020, 11:04:44 PM »
Mid-morning stretches into early afternoon, as the group stands around waiting for someone to take action.

You pack up whatever belongings you had taken out and start the long walk back to Hogwood. Solaris begins to climb high into the sky and starts to warm the earth.

Following Dayn’s lead, for there is no well worn path from the rift south to the old Orc encampment, you pass an area teeming with honeysuckle, and it’s pleasant aroma brings back memories of carefree summers.

** ? ... OK so say Dayn shows them to the camp and plans to return to the Rift to await Skrawk?

** Andrew will indicate who sees what ...

The approach - “A narrow path runs along the stream, the steep banks rise sharper, covered in greenery with tall trees and drooping branches looming overhead. The stream bank has been marked by the recent hurried passage of the entirety of the hive. Earthen walls suddenly vanish revealing a large tunnel with a roof of branches and leaves. After a short dark passage, light reveals a great opening in the forest beyond.”

The courtyard - "The entryway rises slightly and ends at a great bowl carved into the forest floor, which is about 30 feet above you. The clearing is roughly circular and once would have been teeming with life but is now empty and quiet like the fire pit at the center. Other fire pits separated by huts, large racks and bins, encircle the center. Paths lead to stairs and ramps climbing the walls, dark shadows suggest openings in the earth below the trees rising overhead.”
