... you never saw her walking toward you, for brief period you saw her she was walking away from you the entire time. ...

Exactly what I meant: She never walks towards me!

We will hear what Grobbitt and Jorgenson will tell us about her.

The other problem I know that the Overlord hired amazones to fight the Thieves Guild - also down here in the sewers.
Maybe she will come back with reinforcements ....

Memory +10

You also remember that the Amazons do not wear armor, but have their breasts exposed--talk about a mnemonic!

She was sneaking along the wall beyond the direct illumination of the lantern, so you caught her face too.

Yes your perception roll was higher than Grobbit's; however, he was focusing on the bridge, while you stated focus was the trail of the rats.  Hence, you each observed different aspects of the room.

Thanks for clarification,
so the result wasn't cascading and Grobbitt informed Bug about the bridge.

There will be fun on our way out
(unless we take an other route).

...

I would also suggest that the less offensive characters use whatever weapon/attack provides the best bonus.

On that note Dax can you provide a character sheet the one I have shows you with 10 dagger/ 15 MA strikes/ -15 MA Sweeps/ and -15 club***

Maybe I made a mistake, but the calculation of the boni, especial the stat boni differ from player to player.

I use 5 point steps.

The additional 5 point came up, because of Bug's special St bonus of 15.
And I recalculated them with St/St/Ag for weapons and MA Striking and St/Ag/Ag for MA Sweeps.
It seems that the original sheet uses only St for weapons, Ag for MA Sweeps hope you don't mind ...

And here it comes (Maybe there are other stat boni still be wrong (Have to look up Weapon Thrown)):

Dax,

Thanks for the sheet, the version I had was lacking your special St and Sd bonuses. Your calculations of the stat bonuses to combat skills are correct. Thrown is the same as the melee bonus St/St/Ag. I did notice that the stat calculations in the original sheet was incorrect.

My point was that with a stat bonus for weapons (+20) and a +10 for the dagger you would have a +30 using the dagger versus a -5 for the club. Admittedly, you would get a second crit for the torch, but the rats have few hit points and most strikes will kill them with one.

I had the idea to hold the animals with fire at bay (before we know that there are rats) ,
but it was clear that these little bastards will come close (Therefore I came up with the description of my attack/defense pattern
Quote
(Bug tries to keep the rats away and to burn them.
If rats are breaking through and getting close to him, he would try to step on them.
If some rats successfully climb him: Drop torch in right hand, grap rat and throw it away.)

And you provided me with the involved skills.

Club is at -5, at least Bug will make one attack before he starts the stomping ...

And here we are - stomping ;)

"Bug is about to comment when movement catches his eye. He sees the rat that had just run into the hallway, running even faster back into the room."

how you wish to respond is up to you and your action can be appended to the last round, before we start round #10

There was this metallic clicking.
Is this sound becoming louder?

If so, info for all "Into the Sewer" thread;
If not, just an "I didn't describe a sound so there is no sound" here. ;)

Or, are Perception rolls needed?

Mine: Perception+20
Rolled 1d100+20 : 43 + 20, total 63

the metallic click sounded only once after the rat king shut the metal door. Since then you have not heard the sound again.

How embarrassing:

"Lock Picking Master" but didn't recognized the sound of a "door locked".

But Bug awaits something called Bolso, so his fear drove his imagination (metal armor, big weapon etc).

And he didn't hear the sound himself only the comment from someone else, so he surely heard his on heartbeat afterwards.
