So you know Grobbitt's walking pace is 35 feet per round, at 750 feet that would be 21 rounds to the basement and at your pace about 13+ rounds back.

At the double door:

Looking for traps :: No special skill for this; just Perception +20
Rolled 1d100+20 : 85 + 20, total 105

Is there a lock?

Or supposedly only a big locking bolt on the other side?

Your examination of the door finds that there are no traps and you do not see a lock. You do notice that there are two smaller handles below the main handles, but the right handle has been broken off from the rosette base (blue circle).

Is it possible that the rat creature can't reach the upper handles?
So he has to use the lower ones?

But maybe that is the trap!

occ: I waited for a post about my action until he stated his because of this initiative difference (if difference is the right term to grab this ;) )
I also wanted to go after the rat being (look at my high initiative), but while I'm thinking about that Abdullah (look at his initiative) is already on his way ...

Bug

surprised by the early start of Abdullah Bug followed him.
He wants to guard his back if * the skeletons are going to move, but at first to engage the Schnauzer.

__

important "if" not "when", I hope they are doing nothing ...

Are the pews moveable? Are they massive?
The idea behind: On our way to the rat being, move them to be an obstacle against the maybe animated skeletons.

I figured since you were the only other active player in this room I figured I could pot all actions at once.

The pews are wooden, but very sturdy and heavy.  Each is 10 feet long and about 2 1/2 feet wide. Id you had to guess you think the wood maybe teak.

Yes difference is the correct use of the word.

As you follow Abdullha close to the Rat King, you notice the Scarlet is held to the rat statue by chains that wrap around the outstretched arms of the giant rat and then wrap about her wrists where they end in locked manacles.

Actions?

Bug tries to bypass any combat to get to the girl.

There he will use "Pick Locks" to free her.

Any rolls needed?

Bug

"What is this? They must be magical protected!"

_

Maybe he uses all his time on the left arm and never started to work on the right one.

When Bug recognizes that he failed to open the lock.
He turns and examines the rat being:
Is he wearing a key ring? (visibly)

There must be at least one key, because he locked the metal door, but maybe not a ring of keys.

___
Percetion (to spot the key ring) +20
Rolled 1d100+20 : 30 + 20, total 50

You do not see any keys, but the Rat King's robe could hide almost anything.

You can try to pick the lock on the chains again, or post another action.  If you pick the lock, you can add +15 due to conditions and an extra +10 per round beyond the first on your pick attempt.
