I don't know, maybe a GM who can't use dice in an RM game could be a good thing. Depends on the person in question, I guess. Some GM's need the dice to restrain their inherent cruelty; others need dice to stimulate it.

Sounds about right, my CoC experiences alternated running in terror and dying horribly. (With occasional episodes of temporary insanity.)
